Music Hall MMF-5 Goldring output? Hi or Low Mag input?

I have a restored early 1960's Scott 355 pre-amp with low inputs which can be used for 2mv to about 4.5mv and High whic can work from 3.5mv to about 9mv.   I don't know the output of the MMF-5's stock Goldring cart.
The TT's documentation was pretty slim.

I don't remember the exact specs, I looked it up on AA since they had quoted those numbers, but I do know it is in the "high" range, high-output MM cart.

Goldring does have a site listing output for their cartridges.
