Didn't take notes.
Too busy taking pictures.
If anyone finds any errors please let me know and I'll make the appropriate corrections as soon as possible.
Enjoy.  :thumb:

the big horns were nice sounding, natural,  but overpowering for that size room.  Vlad started building a set of his 45 watt set monoblocks saturday night and finished about 1:45 pm sunday,  these are the real deal too bad he just raised the price to $2100 a pair.  the monoblocks are not shown in the pictures.

I should have been more specific and asked if anybody had comments on the 45 watt amps.

Jeff,

George,
I agree with Marvin.
Those large speakers did over power the room but what I heard holds a promise of something special given the right acoustics.  I'd welcome the opportunity to hear Vladimir's creations in a more complementary environment.

Hmmmm,

Maybe at next year's Lone Star Audio Fest, we could set up an AC group meeting?
Does anyone know a good place in the MetroPlex to get some good Cajun Food?

I had a lot of fun, but it seems like there were some ACers there I didn't get to meet. :x

Wow, I almost missed this thread...  (I had a total of 5 minutes of Internet access while in Indy over the weekend, and am slowly catching up on the AC posts.)

Nice work, Jeff!  Great photos, and I especially appreciate the extra effort to caption them all.  I especially like this one!

Sounds like it was a fun show.  Based on the buzz, I'm intrigued by both Duke's speakers and the active crossover Jumping Cactus speakers.  (Great name!)  I'll have to look for them at future shows.

Captain Humble's restaurant is definitely the place for that! :)

Brian,
Glad you liked the pics.
Now that you're in Denver, you'll be able to catch Duke and a ton of other interesting gear at RMAF 2007.

BRJ & Jeff

That was kind of a leading question.  I knew about Dodies - hoping to try it SOON.
We should have an AC get-together at Dodie's for next year's LSAF :thumb:

Hopefully, I'll get to do a little more planning next year than just the Friday morning while I'm packing to leave for Dallas.......
