Anti-ICs - do they also pick up RF noise when used balanced?

I am increasingly critical of my VdH The Second that connects my preamp (EAR 864) and active speakers (ATC 20A). I would love to try Anti-ICs on this position however I am concerned with the RFI noise issue being frequently mentioned around.

As these ICs need to be balanced, can anyone comment if Anti-ICs (copper or maybe even silver) are prone to RFI even in such mode.

Thanks Gordan

I have a  pair of copper SE anti IC. I run it within inches of an unshielded frame type external linear power supply for my Squeezebox. I have sensitive speakers, tube electronics and a good ear and have never noticed a peep from them. Balanced should cancel out any common mode RF picked up along the way. Unless you know of a specific RF polluter nearby, I wouldn't worry about it with the anti's. Other good brands in this price range are Reality Cables and Grover Huffman.

Sounds like a nice system you got there!

I'm using a pair of 15' XLR anti-IC and they have no problem at all with RFI.

I have 2 pairs of single ended anti-IC's in copper, no issues whatsoever with RFI and i live in a skyscraper downtown in Chicago.

A while back i developed a hummmm in some powered subs.  the anti-IC's removed the hum the same way my Blue Jeans LC-1 sub IC did, which says something.

my guess is the anti-cables are more prone to RFI than the anti-IC's...but i use anti-cables without issue as speaker cables.
