The Groneberg website doesn't appear to have any info on these cables.... are they shielded ... what gauge are the conductors ... are they all copper, silver, hybrid .... are they recommended for source gear or amps or both .... what is the normal US retail price ....

I have no idea of any of that. They have a plug on each end. One end is  a iec for your component the other is a Wattgate 15 amp grounded plug. The cords are made in Germany. I think they have some really rare material in the cords that came from some far of planet Kryptonite or something maybe.I got them from Klaus Bunge of Odyssey Audio with My Odyssey Mono Extemes. Klaus would know what's in em.Kryptonite I think. It makes them suck more power, draws the power in from all the surrounding areas and makes your stereo sound really good.Yea that's what's in em.

The Groneberg catalog talks about the Quattro Reference's "patented central stabilizer", but does not comment about other materials. You could always e-mail Mr. Groneberg about his product / ask him directly, he does respond to e-mail.

I'm not interested myself, was just trying to elicit more info to help the original poster get a sale.
