So has anyone heard the Dodd Audio 829B based 50 wpc mono-blocks?

Very interesting looking. I've never heard of the 829B tube.

Thoughts, comparisons?

TIA

Rob

I have a set. They are awesome. Mids are lush, musical and involving. Top end is well extended, clean and detailed. Bottom end is pretty solid too. They are very clean and tight for a tube amp.

I'll second that.  How have you all been?  I've been gone for the better part of the summer.  Time to get back into the swing of things.

I have Dodds battery pre and the 829B mono's and I couldn't be happier.  I'm surprised I'm not finding more comments about them while doing a search today.
