I call the topless girl and the pixalated goat a "convenient moral" crusade that the press and the European public have engaged on.
Remember that in the US, our subconscious morality is very conservative, based on the early protestant pilgrims morality. A news or media company would be doomed to show "skin" accidentaly by our very "moral" public who criticizes nudity, and yet in the other hand are free to play with gruesome video games or have very little in terms of firewall against pornography in the net or other places.
PS: you have got to see European TV commercials, where body nudity is an everyday affair...and I talk about Spain, synonymous with the Inquisition and the like.
