Just a guess here, but maybe the fact that the original ad was from May 2007 might have something to do with it.

They were made by Aurasound NW.  They were really common on Ebay for a while, but I haven't seen the smaller ones available recently.  (I have noticed them popping up with 28" and larger ones for lost more money tho.)
