I've had this wonderful pre for a couple of months.  I bought it from original owner
who also had it for a couple of months.  Perfect condition, all the reports are right on,
this is a fantastic pre amp, what struck me is the powerful BASS, amazing. 
4 inputs and 2 outputs.  You will all wonder ...why the sale? A couple of years ago
I had an IRD purist matched to ps audio hca-2 amp and really liked the combo.  For whatever
insane reasons, I sold that stuff off.  I was just able to find another IRD pre and picked it up because
it has a bit more flexibility (selectable gain) to integrate my 2 channel with home theater multi channel.

You can insert pics by opening up an online photo-sharing account.  I use www.photobucket.com

After you download the photos to their site, you just copy & paste the link for that image onto your e-mail here...photobucket does the rest.

the file you want to copy & paste will go something like:   [img] photos from the carribean [img]

Does this have the balanced inputs/outputs, or is it single-ended only?

are the transformers REV2 or REV3  ?

This unit is single ended only,  metal top and bottom, I don't know about transformers, I can open and see,what will tell me which version?

Sorry, I have not been here lately to check messages.
My computer has also been down for a a couple of days.
I do not know what version it is, I bought it from a guy in NYC who
only had it for a couple of months.

Just do not know how to answer the question
