Bump for Robert and Steve...

If you guys have never heard the Sason's, they do some things better than my Salks.  At this point, they are the only other speakers I would consider getting if I ever replaced my HT3's.  The imaging and layering of the soundstage has to be heard to be believed.

Ha!...I was really surprised to see this Thread!

Thank you "Alwayslearning" for pointing folks to the review. Do I have egg on my face if I ask if we've talked before? I don't think we know each other. If we don't know each other...Wow! You must have pretty keen perception to recognize the mereits of Mr. Darby's review. Kudos to you and Thank You!

Hi Rob. I miss you and Lub you man! The meets you've held are fondly remembered. Always a great time spending time with you.

'Mojo's review...

Our hats are off to Mr. Darby for all his time and effort. I think he may have been a little frustrated because words seem really inadequate to communicate his experience with the Sason Ltd. and I know he really desires for folks to hear these things. He's his own man not given to hype and, because of his vast experience not only in the audio biz but also the music biz, he's a true music enthusiast...He gets it and that was always obvious in all the conversations we had.

I think he may be a little frustrated too because he's not an IT guy and it's at least a little obvious. The site right now doesn't portray the best image. It's kind of hard to navigate and the different reviews don't look as professional as they could. Fortunately, Jim's (Darby) substance and passion is the real deal and, if you're not distracted by "image only", you know what I'm talking about. I'll take substance over image any day. Make no mistake, unlike some other "professional" reviewers I'm familiar with, Mr. Darby's substance is abundant! Thank you Jim!

From here, I'll let Steve-O, aka the "Rothman" take over. He has a day job so it will probably be sometime this evening before he gets to post.

Cheers to all!

Yours in the service of Music,
Robert C. Schult / Proprietor, Designer

Yes, I have a day job (in engineering) to help pay the bills, like most of us small company guys (/gals?). I'm excited about the review so I have to chime in...

Thank You, alwayslearning, for making mention! I have a feeling you are a night owl, too, since the review popped up Sunday evening.

Marbles - as always, you are the man! Hope to see you again soon!

About the review: nice to see the Sason Ltd is being placed in context with its natural competitors - the exotically priced two-ways that still make me want to redesign THEM. We may not be able to exceed one or two qualities they possess but when it comes to the things that really count for sound, the Sason Ltd will stand out from the crowd.

It is gratifying that Mr. Darby understood our goals and elucidated our success at meeting them. He is a real gentleman that enjoys music and understands how to reach the highest standards in sound reproduction. As Stereomojo continues to improve in looks and feel we believe it will be a true "destination" site for the best information and entertainment for the dedicated 2-CH crowd.

Ya' did good, Jim.

The Sason LTD in Marbles' setup presented about the most musical playback I've ever heard. Plus the speaker visually is a work of art. The combination of the granite and the painted multi angled baffle is really unique. While the speaker is not small it will not dominate a room like the much larger floorstanders, panels or arrays it competes with.

If I had the money to buy anything out there, this would be my choice.
