12au7 Tube Substitution?

Can an e80cc / 6085 be used as a substitute for the 12au7 in a Clarinet with the Hammond 370BX transformer? The e80cc draws twice the filiment current .6 vs .3. otherwise pinouts are the same.
Thanks

You'll have to adjust R313 or heater voltage will drop low. But I would hesitate, as the rating for heater-cathode is not good enough for this application. Probably end up whistling and then maybe fail.
