Hi,

Where is Bryston at Montreal FSI 2007 ? Last year they was there with a great demo (with Mirage speakers).

Great sound of the day:
   Mark Levinson with ProAc
   Gamut system
   Simaudio with Dynaudio
   Quad system
And the winner in my book is: Ayre with Verity Audio, what a combination, especially the small Ayre AX-7 that has only 60w but very powerful. This will be my next amp in the future.

Deception of the day:
   Jadis amp with Pierre Gabriel, sound dull and lifeless.
   Totem Mani2 and Accuphase amp(I think), not a good match and was outclassed    by others combinations (Although I’m a big fan of Totem)
   Absence of Bryston…

Hi ricki,

Yes long story on why we were not in Montreal.
I will give you the short version:
 -- we were suppose to share a room with KEF - then our dealer in Montreal wanted us to share with them.
We cancelled with KEF - then our dealer could not get a room and by that time KEF had committed to another company.
Lesson learned.
