A reasonably priced cable would be Belden 1506 coaxial with Canare connectors or Bleden 1694A (dubbed "Brilliance"). The Neotech silver digital (NEVD-2001) is also worth mention. 

I've used Nordost White Light Glass (optical) and found them excellent, at a price.

I tried a few but got the best results with the Stereovox HDXV using the BNC connector on the Paradisea and my modded RWA SB2.
