Tube dampers on the Candela?

Tube dampers on the Candela?

Is anyone using dampers on the candela?  which ones?   Are there any parts of the sound that get worse or is it all upside potential?

I just bought four ARI dampers and will report my findings when I get some time to play.

Do it the old fashion way and take a tube down to the auto store and get a few O rings for each tube see what you think.  And save a few bucks in the process.

did the o-ring thing when i first recieved my candella-didnt like it at all-cant remember why right now-but after a day or 2 i went without and havent looked back

I tried some ARI dampers but didn't notice much of a difference.
