I have a pair of Ciare CH250's NIB.

There was a lot of buzz on diyaudio about these drivers.  Most people use them on OB for great results.  This could be the cheap pair of drivers for you to test out that concept.  I'd also take a look at the walsh speaker thread on diyaudio as there is some driver treatments based on aero turbulence theory that would be exceptional with these drivers. 

$100 + shipping for the pair.

This is a great pair for an inexpensive OB experiment.  More Sd than the B200's, so that really helps extend low freq.
