Good one, Nature Boy ... i'm amazed that you have had 0 replies so far.

I would have thought 6.3 million LPs shipped in 2002 can't be all that bad!!  I must've bought 50 of them (new ones, that is!).

Maybe folks at the Circle haven't caught the vinyl bug yet.  Me, I'm having a blast listening to my old collection, picking up used albums at garage sales, a couple of local used vinyl shops, and splurging every once in a while for some new stuff - like Richard Thompson's "Old Kit Bag" and the new Jayhawks album.

Alas, I am trying to bring my digital front end up to snuff - comparing the
dAcK and MENSA this week.

is this a product or a type of product?  i know a dac is a dig aud conv.  is dack a brand?  if not, why are people adding a k?
