You know, she did sell a lot of raffle tickets. But the weird thing is, when she took my money on Sunday afternoon she had very short, dark hair! I'm pretty certain she was the same woman. Seems she might have been testing whether blondes have more fun, or simply raise more cash in raffle-ticket sales.
Regardless, I need to thank her. As I handed over my last $5, I told her I'd better have a winning ticket as I'd now be unable to have any lunch. She wished me luck - and I won a $1600 amplifier by the time I left the building. Who needs lunch?
