I'm contemplating the purchase of a Ripper, but would like to add the two variable-equalization switches of the Bugle Pro. Is there room inside above the preamp section to mount the two rotary switches to the roof of the case along with the capacitors, and resistors?

I don't think there is enough room.  It's pretty tight inside.  The component modifications would be same as BUGLE PRO.  You would have to do something to extend the height of the box.

OK, thanks! I've ordered a half kit and will build a crow's nest on top of the existing enclosure.
