Cheers!

Those are some odd looking cables.

Look fairly high quality - but the tubing for a sleave is..definitely different.

I bet they sound nice.

They sound great!   :thumb:  They replaced an Audioquest Coral interconnect.  At first I didn't hear much of a difference, but eventually began to notice the small improvements.  A little more "air" in the soundstage.  A little more articulation of the notes.  Seemed to hear a piano note "hang" a little longer.  Bass seems to have a little more definition of the notes as well.

Nothing earthshattering, but a nice improvement.  I can easily see myself buying a few more over time to get my whole 2CH chain on the same cables.

To be honest, all I wanted was a good cable that was cat-proof!  Our dear kitty likes to chew on my cables.  So I wanted a cable with the meanest jacket I could find.  This certainly fit the bill...no way she's getting through this one (famous last words  :icon_twisted: )

I installed the TS between the Candela and the Amps.  I used the Coral to connect a CD changer to the Candela.  The Coral replaced a Straightwire Symphony II.  Now here I did hear a big difference.  The Coral brought the soundstage more forward and presented a better image.  Cleaner sound....sorry I'm no good with the flowery descriptors     I believe I'm done with Straightwire.....which I also use for my speaker cables.  I think I'd like to get some internally bi-wired TS Premium speaker cables next.

Cheers!

Eduardo,

Please say more regarding your TS Premium power cords.  Have you compared them against other brands like Shunyata, PS Audio, VH Audio, or others?  What benefits have you observed?

Thanks, Bob

Nice feature.  I have a Cardas Golden Ref power cord I pulled out to sell and found it full of cat teeth punctures - $300 in the toilet.  One of them chewed the power cord on an $8k Baldwin digital grand piano to bits.  It now has some sort of short in the amp and doesn't play at all.  They don't seem to bother the ones with techflex covers for whatever reason.  Man, I really love cats  :icon_twisted:

Nice to hear the Odyssey cables aren't as tasty.

I feel your pain Brother!  I think my cat prefers the soft, rubber like jackets the best.  But she'll go after power extension cables too.  One of these days she'll get a hot one and it'll all be over  :duh:  I use to have a friend whose cat started acting weird, had seizures, etc.  Took the cat to the vet and was told they were symptoms of electrocution.  She went home and sure enough found a chewed on lamp cord.  Soon later the cat died.  Just a reminder to break out your sour apple spray every once in a while!
