Hi Guys,
We had another great GAS Bash

Lots of new faces unfortunately I didn't catch everyones name

Here are some pics of the event. Sorry about the quality of a few of them, they turned out a bit cartoonish after I Photoshopped them...oh well.
Food, Drink and Friends
....hey, my lovely wife Laura made it to this event

Thats her in the background helping Tim with the eats.
Here is a wide pic of Tim's system with the Sentinel's making a guest appearance.
Here is a little closer pic with the Sentinel's in the foreground (notice my hi-end Wally World speaker stands).
Here is a pic of the guys listening.
That is Ron in the sweet spot, our newest member John in the foreground, Adrian to the right, Blackmore in the background and one of Tim's friends.
The regulars that showed up for the event were (as best I can remember) Willie, Chris, Ron, Blackmore, Adrian, John (the new guy and our official Recording Engineer), Bryan, Gavin (sorry, I didn't get your pic

), my lovely wife Laura, Tim and his wife, and about three or four of Tim's friends. (sorry if I forgot anybody)
Some more Guest Gear (of the Levinson variety)
Bottom is the Audio Research D150.2 amp, Rotel CD Player and a Sangean HD Tuner

Tim's AR SP-6(?) pre, the affordable and decent sounding MHZS tubed CD player, and the feet of Tim's Denon Turntable.

The Sentinel's sounded really nice on Tim's system (Paul H., I hope you didn't mind that I took them with me). Bryan is right, when we moved them back a little further, the bass and midbass filled in quite nicely

......and yes, Chris (our self-admitted local speaker whore) is trying to figure out a way to sneak them into his house.
The little MHZS tubed CD player sounded pretty darned nice. I didn't ask Tim specifics about it but it sounded like it was an upsampled player. It is built like a tank and sort of reminds me of the looks of a Krell CD/Pre.
Tim's Curry dishes were....well...hot and REALLY HOT. Not only were my mouth and tongue numb but I couldn't feel my lips for almost and hour.
Oh Sturgus, I brought home Willies PP45's (just in case you were looking for them)
