I'm losing my shirt on this one, but I have less need for it now so I can use the bucks for a new 1080p PJ in the HT. I said I would never part with this as it just does everything right but it is overkill for me now.  Address all 10 power quality gremlins.

It gives a constant 120 volts AC output, no matter what.  And in a power outage it will run your system for up to 2 hours.  I have run on battery only for 30 minutes straight as a test one day and it was still going strong.  Basically you are not running off AC but a regenerated AC.

It is a steal for those with bad AC voltage fluctuation.  It's the only one I tried that did not restrict my 200W tube monos.  There is a little fan noise which is not audible from my listening position.  I had power go out a couple of times last summer and I played on right through without a hitch thanks to the batteries.   You don't see too many come up for resale -- I guess people like it.  I do.
