I just bought his newest work, "The Boxing Mirror," and am having a hard time forming an opinion of it. I don't dislike it, but it hasn't really grabbed my attention after a few listens. Usually I either really like something, dislike it. or gradually begin to really like it, but this has not been the case with this one. Not sure why. Anyone else have an opinion on this one?

This one has grown on me.  However, I do live in his hometown and they play a lot of it on the radio, so I've had a chance to for it to sink in.  It may not be for everybody, though.

I loved all the early bands he was in ... True Believers , Buick McKane , Rank & File .  True Believers & Buick McKane rocked . Rank & File were cool new wavers . I could never get into his solo records .
