No doubt.  Anyone with a HT should seriously take a look at these.  Especially if in the Bay Area, you could drop them off at VMPS for a "tune up" (might need new woofs or PR)

But these babies will rock.

A week or so ago someone was looking for a good "ROCK" speaker.

I agree John - good deal.  Not too long ago I had a pair in my house - look at my Avatar.  I didn't have the ribbon driver but these things did rock.  They were great with rock and especially techno.  Not to mention fantastic bass once I had them tuned properly.   Although I am curious when look at the pics of the Craig's list II's - I thought that all of Brian's drivers had phase plugs??

This pair appears to be about 12-15 years old and will need new woofers/PR's for about $380 very soon. Appears to have Foster ribbon and Morel tweeter upgrades, sold new for around $1500pr.
