I have a Made in USA GE 12BY7 / 12BV7 / 12DQ7.
It came as part of a quintet of 5 (similar looking) 12BH7's I bought on ebay recently. The seller was notified, refunded me a couple dollars for the error and told me to just keep the 1 pc. 12BY/BV/DQ7.
It's supposedly used, but I don't know how much use. I can say the other 4 tubes I bought (12BH7's) work great (actually,
fantastic as they are a major upgrade from the prior 12AU7's I had in my monoblocks
)
I don't think it's exotic, but I see these GE's for $10-20 (each) online.
