Hi! I've finally got a screwdriver with a square tip to unscrew the top plate of my 14B ST which I bought second-hand months ago. Everything looked great except one of the electrolytic filter caps which was with a thin layer of thick dark yellowish liquid on the top and 3 short dried drip trails of such liquid on the side... I removed them completely with dried paper. Now it looks like new!

I'm wondering if the yellowish thing is something spilled over on the cap or it leaked from the cap. Any idea? Should I bring it to an authorised Bryston dealer for inspection? FYI, the amp does sound gorgeous albeit with the "problem"!

Thanks for your feedbacks in advance!
