PMC OB1+

Just wondering if others agree that the OB1 weakness is the treble - I love the midband, and the bass is fine if not as taut as the IB1/AML1...but wondering if people wished PMC looked at "tweaking" the OB1 similarly to the '+' upgrades for other models in the same family??

OR is everyone with an OB1 happy with the entire freq and tone reproduction?

I'm running BP20/4B-SST and Arcam FMJ CD23, Audioquest CV4 spkr cables etc.

Have you tried speaker position without "toe-in"?

It helped me tremendously, no more sibilance and much deeper soundstage. Seems like with OB1 the tweeter must not fire at the listener.
This also might me room dependant but then again I read this suggestion all over the net for many speakers.

I will defer to Tom at PMC on this but the OB1 uses the same silk dome tweeter as the new DB1 and TB2 Plus (+) series so there was no need for a + version of the OB.
