Help us specify a new product

My wife is working on her Marketing research homework for school and we thought that she may as well do something useful for our startup company (with my hope that maybe some day she can be converted to an audiophile as well....long shot but.....who knows...

).

So I posted her questionnaire on the internet with a hope that AC members will be kind enough to answer 14 short questions regarding the basic features of an amplifier that may be of interest. It should not take more than 2-3 minutes of your time.

I have submitted the questionnaire. If only more people would ask the same questions we would probably have better & more interesting selection out there.

One question for you [Just to be proportional]. Do you plan to keep the greater auditorium posted on the findings?

Yes, I will post brief results of the survey. They do paint a different picture than what I had in mind. Will keep the lines open for a couple more days and then start sorting the results.

A couple of things I noticed, both related to question 6.

First, there is no option for bi-amping, which is what I would be looking to use a second power amp for. And second, the last option available is:

In will use it interchangeably with my other amplifier(s)

will use it interchangeably with my other amplifier(s)". I hope you figured that out and filled the form. I'm just glad I managed to write interchangeability about right

I would have selected "I will use it interchangeably with my other amplifier(s)", but that options wasn't available.

So I selected "In will use it interchangeably with my other amplifier(s)", instead.

The survey is now officially closed. We got over 60 forms filled out!
