Hello. Kind of new here and I hate to introduce myself on a negative note.
But I just had something of a disappointment with my 9Bst.
One channel has failed, and replacing fuses has not helped. This is going to be warranted, kudos to the very pleasant service staff that sent me a RMA number.
But the real issue is that over the course of 5 years, this is the third unit that has failed.
My first failure was a 3Bst, not to worried since it was used.
My second failure was a brand new SP 1.7, I wasn't very happy about that.
But this third failure, in a 5-year-old 9Bst has me wondering. I have never had this with any other product, even the cheap stuff.
Have any other users seen this kind of failure rate?
