Just wondering what are some preferred power cords on the Extreme Mono's and other Statos amps?

How about on the Candela?

I'm using Signal Cable pc's on my mono's,,I've heard that one of the Black Sand pc's ,and the odysseys mono's are a great match,,I'll try to remember which specific one and re-post.

I believe the cords are the Black Sand Violet,and Silver Ref mkiv,IIRC.

I'm using PS Audio. I like the ability to lift the ground pin in some situations and although they aren't the very highest end cable they are heavy enough gauge (12 and 10 gauge) current shouldn't be an issue.

I use Signal Cable Magic power reference power cords on my mono's and the Candela and i use a Signal Cable Magic power digital reference cable on my CD player.

I am using signal cables'  magic power cord on my monos and still have the stock cord on the candela but will likely use another magic power cord.   Use the signal cables' digital power cord on my DVD/cdp and HT receiver.

Not cheap, but the difference to the stock cords was immediate.

I use VH Audio Flavor 4 PCs on my Extreme Monos. Note that the Flavor 4s take about the same amount of burn-in time as the Extreme Monos - roughly 400 hours. I also prefer the IEC and male PC prongs be treated with Walker SST.

I just use the Gronenburgs that came with mine. I did switch to a Stealth that I had laying around on my Candela. Seemed to be a little cleaner to me, than the OEM black cable.

the original Stratos mono blocs about three years ago came with the Gronenberg power cords and a pair of Gronenberg speaker cables 19 ft. long. From what I could tell by the original invoice, they were an option.
    And all this reminds me, That I'm still waiting on a price quote for a new set of Gronenberg speaker cables eleven feet long (bi-wire with spades). HINT!

Yes,  you will need two power cords in order to operate your Extreme Monos

 Just received mine less than a month ago,, stock cables,,I switched them out to Signal Cable,,I have a Gronenberg PC on my Stratos.

I believe that only the "system packages" (pre, amps and speakers) include the Gronenberg cables (PC, SC, IC). They are options on individual units.

I run MAC (My Audio Cables) Sound Pipe HC PC (10 awg) around a PS Audio Duet and to my Stereo Extreme.
