Vinnie, I need a very quick one...

Hey Vinnie, sorry to ask at this time but I'm sure you can answer with only 2-3 words.  I tried to ask in the following thread but nobody is replying...

I just need to know where the green (negative) wire is supposed to be plugged to in the battery enclosure of my SB2...

Many thanks and I wish you some good sleep!   :icon_lol:

Hi Loftprojection,

You can connect this wire from the battery's negative terminal to the GND tap on the charger jack.

The charger jack has two terminals.  One is positive and it goes to the switch.  The other is a GND and you can connect teh battery's negative terminal to this point.

Regarding removing the battery, it is best to remove the right side panel and top cover.  Then use a wide flat-head screwdriver to pry the battery from the VHB adhesive tape.

Hope this helps,

Vinnie

PS: If you still need help, email me and we'll work it out.

That should be fine Vinnie, it's exactly where I thought it would go but I wanted to confirm.  Don't worry, the casing is already fully open and the old battery is out of there, the new one glued back in place, just need to solder the last wire and all is done...

Many thanks.
