I asked M. MArdis about this when he was doing mine. He didn't feel it was necissary. I've not heard of anyone addressing this and I keep my ear pretty close to this topic whenever this amp is discussed on forums elsewhere. There is quite a lot of info about the amp on DIYaudio. Maybe for a change there's nothing to do!
