Incoming AC

Have a question about incoming line current.I measure 127V at the wall outlet max. and 122V min. at different times of the day.
    Biasing my SET's[Cyber 211's] is an on going event.The req. bias setting is 4.8V @ 120V,at 127V SHOULD IT BE DIFFERENT/
     Will the 127V affect the amp or tubes in any way?
Thanks for your help I don't have a clue

Voltage fluctuation on incoming AC is a PITA, especially during times of high electric demand on the grid.  If you have a tube amp, it's more so noticeable.  I ended up getting an AC re-generator.

My voltage varies between near 130V to around 106V, during peak summer season.
