I can highly recommend the "X" series of products from AV123. Great company, great products, and great service.Oh yeah, they sound and look way better than they should for the price.George

Go for an X Series setup from AV-123.And as one who has seen waaaay too many movies in many, many different formats, setups & venues (Seriously, if there's any way you could've watched a movie in the last 50 or 60 years I've probably seen one in that manner) go for the X-CS's across the L/C/R channels if you can.I know you said bookshelf size, so I don't know if that leaves you stuck with using the X-LS's. But if you can use the X-CS's across the front stage do it. Then use the X-LS's for rears if you need to (though X-CS's for rears would be great). Having a perfectly matched front stage goes a long way in a HT setup.
Bubba,Thanks for the great info. Do you think the 3 piece X-CS's have an edge over the X-LS's with music as well?Jason
