I have some lightly used caps for sale:
2 .01uf cardas ($10.60 new per cap at partsconnexion, asking $6.50 each)
1 .47uf jensen Copper Foil ($21.00 new at partsconnexion, asking $11)
The jensen cap has hardened glue on the bottom so it doesn't look very nice.
