The JVC has sold as of 3/5/07.
In great condition. Includes remote and small speakers. 30 watts, 2 channel. Has a sub out too. Well built.

It's a very good mini system. The speakers are very small, good looking, but NOT as great sounding as the rest of the system so I used other speakers - B200's, Hemp 8's, Hawthorne SI's, and several typical 2 ways and mtm's and it sounded great. Handles a 4 ohm load, which the stock speakers are. The sub out would make for a nice 2.1 .
It has a smooth sound and when the aux out is connected to AudioSector dac and Sony 685 cdp it sounds much better. As far as small amps go I thought it was much more solid sounding than the Teac AL700P, with bonus of cd/dvd/etc.
I think it is a very good choice for a budget system. I would keep it forever for small ht or extra system but don't watch movies often. And I need to thin out the gear and retrieve some funds.
