Hi Brian,

While I am a pt time dealer for several brands of cables, I am more of an enthusisast/hobbiest and thought it might be interesting to try these out since a client wanted a pair.

As far as a patent search, I think from reading the site, the patent is pending so the US Patent office will tell them if it allows their claims.

Have you ever used this cable or the ones (from other companies) that preceded these?  And if so, did you find any "significant" difference?

I am not finding any "standout" perfromance here.

If you are concerned with the "patent" I suggest you contact AudioQuest.  I am not interested in the patent or its claims, or status.

My post was just to share my listening expereince and so far I haven't heard too much difference, although the principle seems reasonable.

Have either of you used any of the previous products that used this "dialectric bias" or what ever it is called, and noticed a significant difference?

Yes, I have offered Analog and Digital Cable Chargers for over ten years and still use the digital variety here.....The analog variety was a trade-off, but the digital variety was a definite improvement, but used teflon blocking caps making them very expensive....The bass was redefined floating the signal on 12vdc as it never passes zero, faster and cleaner is the sonic advantage.......The US Patent No. is 5,307,416 for those interested in the schematics for building their own without commercial use.....

That's what I was looking for.  I was expecting a significant "improvement" in some portion, and although I have not had a lot of A/B ing with other cable, It hasn't jumped out and bit me

And it shouldn't have to "burn in".

I'll do some more listening
