any opinions on Marantz CD players with built in headphone amps

I'm considering either a older 67SE or a new 5001, both have deadicated headphone amps and have received fairly good reviews.  I want to use it for my bedroom headphone only set up, so a single unit is ideal

I have the CD-5400 and the headphone amplifier really cranks my Koss phones very well.

I have the same unit and I recommend it for the $.
