In the Baffle diffraction ~ open baffle thread I recently showed the polar response of a Visaton B200 on an open baffle - simulated with Boxsim. When I discussed the results with the designer of Boxsim, he found out that his simulation of the back wave was still flawed with some unwanted damping factor. After correcting that the response has slightly changed. The new response simulation looks like this:

a Christmas gift as good as any. How specialised is Boxsim, can it only work with Visaton chassis ?
How much input do you have to give to get this kind of result ? Can you compare on axis response
with Edge results ?

Some questions, but gradually we gather more and more knowledge !
