I have ps audio Ultimate Outlet (high current version and filter). I connect my integrated amp and cdp to this UO and then connect UO to the wall outlet. The problem is UO does not have switch so that i can't turn off the power when the system is not in use. I just don't want to switch back and forth the gear .

So , i am thinking of getting a high quality power strip with switch. Something like this
http://www.alliedelec.com/Search/ProductDetail.asp?SKU=533-1146&SEARCH=&ID=&DESC=UL104BC&R=533%2D1146&sid=45872B80E58E17F#

Connection is followed:  my gears -> UO -> power strip -> wall outlet.

My question is whether or not the sound quality will be affected if i use this mapping above?. Since my outlet is just a regular one when the house is built, i guess the outlet from the strip is much better anyway.  This power strip has no filter at all as i want.  Or you know any other high quality power stripk, please let me know.

thanks.

This is the only power strip that I would use.
