tweeter height

Hi all I'm plannng on wall mounting my pair off Essence V and mounting the Essesnce center over the tv. This will put the tweeters well above ear height  at my listening position.
How hight is too high and what are the thoughts on tilting all 3 down to point directly at the seated position VS leaving them flat VS flipping the L & R upside down so those tweets were closer to ear level?

Also I never hear much any more on positioning a sub behind the listening pos on the back wall. Will the Maestro work there or will it draw to much attention to itself.  i may want to put my Maestro on th eback wall and use my dula force stereo positioned under the Essensce on the floor.

Which is the ideal set up and which seems like the one to avoid

Thnks agian to Mike and all the other "experts" who have gone before me.

If they’re going to be that high, you’ll want to angle the center down toward the listening position.  You’ll also likely keep the Vs with the tweeter at the top (you want to keep the tweeters close to in-line horizontally). You’ll also want to angle the Vs down toward the listening position.

In one of my setups I have a Maestro right next to the listening position . . . properly adjusted, with an 80Hz crossover point (or lower) this can work very well.

So what is considered too high as far as the tweeters go?  I will be ordering (soon, I promise) Sapphire XLs for the LRs, and they will be going on stands on a 9" high stage.  I wanna figure out if I should get a custom height stand or not.

With the Sapphire XLs we generally want the tweeter at around 35-37". This is perfect for most seated listeners. BTW, the Sound Anchors stand is available in any custom height desired. A stand shorter than the stock height would not cost anything additional. . .  and if you want to soon enjoy those XLs, I'd suggest ordering soon. This is becoming an EXTREMELY busy season for us and the lead times are growing daily.

The speaker is 12" tall... how high up is the tweeter.  Looks like 9" maybe?

I estimated my ears at about 39", but that was in a regular chair, as I don't have my HT seating yet... or even know what I am getting.  I thought I would error on the high side, but was wondering what would be considered *too* high.

Thanks Mike, I'll paln on a way to give them a slight angle down ward towards the listner.
