I received my amp a couple of weeks back. I was a little curious why it seemed not to have much kick.  It's hooked up to a pair of Omega XRS's and an un-moded SB3 playing FLAC encoded tunes.  As a sanity check, I hooked up a CD player and was amazed at the power!  After some head scratching, I re-attached the SB3 and...TURNED THE PLAYER VOLUME UP TO 100% (from 50%).
What a jackass!  I can say [now] the clarity, quality, power, etc. are all more than I expected.
Kudos to Vinnie and Louis for the outstanding quality and craftsmanship in their products.
I'll try to get pic's posted this weekend.

Yes get your sb3 modded, my RWA SB2 is incredible.  Also, why don't you configure the volume out to fixed in your slim server settings, I guess you have a remote on your sig30, in theory you will get a bit better sq and you will never have to worry about not getting full volume...
