Apparently a lot of people purchase to only resell on Ebay. It's nut's what the price that has been bid up. It's come down quite a bit from yesterday, but still some are still going for several thousand.

Check out the possible future issues with using your PS3 games on any PS3 but yours ( see gamers ):
