Just a quick thank you to Nuforce! I recently bought a used p-8 preamp and had a problem with the ht-passthru so emailed support. They gave me an RMA, did a software update to fix the problem for free, and shipped it back at their expense, all in just a few days.  Thanks, Guys - that level of service is very much appreciated !

Thank you. We'll have a new support ticketing system up very soon. We usually have very fast turn around and there aren't many problems these days, so the support system is mainly for tracking and reporting purposes.
