has anyone heard of the sooloos.com ?

it seems like they are coming up with something quite useful, but it does not support apple lossless and the price range is around $12k.

what i like most is the smaller remote. It looks like an iTunes type controller (with a search bar  and album artwork ). i wonder how long it'll take for other manufacturers to start introducing such features and quality but at a sub $1k price?

check out the slimdevices forum to see a lengthy thread on the sooloos. Seems some sooloos employees were pretending to be fans to hype the sooloos, or at least that was the conclusion of many.

I don't recall seeing any evidence to go with that conclusion.  More like a SB fanboys gone wild scene.

I don't think they were FB's.
As soon as the posters were "outed" they stopped posting.
The criticisms of the sooloos were quite level headed.
After all, sooloos is asking 11,000 for a device that has extremely high jitter.
