Why do audio dealers have to be so obnoxious?
I've been to almost every High End Audio store in the northeast over the last six months trying to put together my final system. Man, I have had some bad experiences too, why does it have to be like this?
I finally went to United Home Audio because two friends had recommended them, so I figured that was positive, at least for a visit . I dealt with Greg at United Home Audio on this system and I have been amazed by his knowledge and easy manner over a few months of me trying to make a decision. He seemed to really care about what I bought and wasn't just trying to make a sale!
They had some awesome equipment, MBL, Audio Aero, Aesthetix, Dali, Eggleston speakes, Simaudio, all top drawer stuff.
Greg really knows audio, as well as how to treat people no matter what their budget is! I couldn't be happier with my current system just as Greg advised in the beginning, so he was right after all. He knew an incredible amount of info about tubes, power delivery, phono, and speakers, plus how they all fit together into the best synergy. Of all the audio sales people I have dealt with over many years of this hobby, this guy knows the most, hands down.
