Hey Mike, Just curious what the reason was for having the old Sapphires and the Jaguars with a tilted front and now the new Sapphires do not.
From a listening standpoint, what did this achieve and why did you stop doing it?

The original Sapphires used first order networks and the sloped front was for time-alignment. All of our current designs use higher-order networks. We'll just call it progress and experience :)

Thanks for the clarification Mike. I knew there must be a good reason or you would still be doing it now and my Panorama's would have a different look to them. I also asked because I have read and seen the some people are tilting their speaks and some companies make tilted stands.
