Are these speakers going to be exhibit at the upcoming RMAF?

My customer has the exact dimensions - these were built from a kit design that we collaborated on.

No but you may be able to go hear them sometime in southern California  :D

These were built from a kit by my customer.

Basically it's a modified RC4 but with no subwoofers and substitutes the Accuton midbass for the Seas Excel. We discussed the front baffle shape / layout plus cabinet volume and my customer did the remainder of the cabinet design and assembly.

How does it compare to the RC5?

Those are beautiful.  Are you going to give them a name and offer as a kit?

Rick,

George

It's difficult to compare them because the design is being augmented by the owner's separate subwoofers (same subwoofer used in the RC4). I didn't hear them full-range with a sub during the design process or have the RC5 on hand to do a comparison.

I'm not sure but I'll see if I can have him post a review.

Well the cabinet design is really too complicated for most kit builders. It's very similar to the RC4 so that cabinet style could be used for someone wanting a kit.
