Hi,

I recently got an Edirol R-09 which has several demo WAV tracks recorded in 16 bits/48 Khz.  They sound really good through headphones, but after I loaded the WAV files onto HD and tried to play (SB2 transport feeding AS NOS DAC), only white noise is heard.  If there's a data mismatch, what should I do to make them play?

The SB2 is supposed to do 16/48, and so is the NOS DAC.  What am I missing?

I'm feeding the same Dac 24/48 digital..no problems. It must be some where else in the chain Paul..it's not the Dac.

Hope some one can help you out on this one.

That's good news, Gymane.  OTOH, Slim Device Community said the SB can output 24/48.  And here I can't have a 16/48 WAV play!  Frustrating.
