Anybody using this player or the Helios version? Upscaling to 1080p on component got my attention as well as the $169 price tag.

I only have a single digital input on my HDTV's so upscaling on HDMI/DVI would require a switcher which is an additional expense. But this player can upscale on component.
Anybody tried it or know more about it?
Edit: the Helios HVD2085 is the latest version. Reviews are mixed. Does upscale on component outputs if you don't mind jaggies. I'll probably pass on it.
