Seems to be working now.   My host computer sometimes decides to go on a lunch break.

They have been a real PIA.   They have made changes to their servers muliple times without telling me first.   Their only redemming trait is the fact that they are cheap and this is one of those times when you get what you paid for.

Ok... after spending the ENTIRE DAY working on this I've finally got the site back up and functional.    I'm also in the process of switching to a new host as a result of this fiasco.
