I think you should let the Audiogon dispute process handle the grievance and not use this forum for such purpose. There's always risk involved when dealing--whether through the mail, internet or retail.

If this guy leaves you a negative get a hold of the guys at audiogon. They recently were very receptive to a problem I had. Also it may give them a heads up on this guy.
